'Tapas Party' is a new and practical approach to entertaining in which a casual selection of small and interesting Tapas-inspired dishes are given a delicious and refreshed new look. Lighter, slightly more modern and simple to prepare, this wonderful menu will impress guests and create a festive atmosphere which flows effortlessly from beginning to end. As you learn about and discover an entire menu plan with recipes, you will enjoy sample cocktails and an extensive 'tasting’ dinner that will be served throughout the evening. And in autumn, just as the air turns cold, we begin to look toward really satisfying comfort foods and the bounty of the harvest garden. Using wine, cognac and other spirits as inspiration we will explore a truly remarkable menu: Burnt Orange Heirloom Apple Martini, Beer Cheese Soup, Game Hens with Cognac Cream Sauce, Lasagna 'Cunese' with Borolo Wine Tomato Sauce, Espresso Baked Alaska with Khalua Sauce, English Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake and other wonderful creations. As you learn about and discover an entire menu plan with recipes, you will enjoy sample cocktails and an extensive 'tasting’ dinner that will be served throughout the evening. A wonderful truffle gift bag will be given to each guest provided by the great truffle importer Sabatino Tartufi of Rome.
