Tapas Party: Mastering Summer Entertaining
'Tapas Party' is a new and practical approach to entertaining in which a casual selection of small and interesting Tapas-inspired dishes are given a delicious and refreshed new look. Lighter, slightly more modern and simple to prepare, this wonderful menu will impress guests and create a festive atmosphere which flows effortlessly from beginning to end. Our 'Truffle Party' will be a new and practical approach to entertaining and cooking devoted entirely to the extraordinary black truffle. Given a classic but refreshed new look, truffles will be transformed into lighter, slightly more modern dishes than their classic French counterparts. From a Farm House Game Hen Pot Pie with a Black Truffle and Fried Sage Crust to an extraordinary frozen Tartuffo dessert, the joy of cooking with truffles will be explored.
